This beautiful rug was hooked by Janet in Pa. She bought the pattern from me on E-bay quite some time ago. And oh what a job she's done with it. i am amazed. this is the first "Cat Fishy" i've had the extreme pleasure and pride to see. Ah... thank you Janet, your colors and hooking are lovely. Working with wool and buttons during the winter months between Elder Assistant gigs, friend and family interaction. Cooking seems to be a sound activity, making Greek yogurt and baking scones! Wanting to snow shoe and ski with the afore mentioned puppy. Need snow. Today I get to draw a rug hooking pattern, Garden Hens and finish a custom table I've painted on commission. I have a wiley but beautifully spirited lab puppy, she helps me with gardening, she drags the digging fork around and moves the pots( out of my reach), she also digs. It would be great if I could direct her energy to the weeds and not the strawberry plants. We strolled around downtown this morning while my HHR got it's oil changed at Ash auto. The books say give her a job, so when she wanted to jump up on passer bys to greet them I told her to sit. She did! She knows sit. I am looking for a dog class. She needs work where there is a distraction. Here goes... First Post! 08/10/2009
It's late, I got quite a bit done tonight. I hope to get this web site up tomorrow. I still have to do the difficult stuff, pay pal and reroute my url but it sure seems promising. I can't quite figure out how to access the pages I build. I sent 2 requests for help from weebly. Please respond. The other thing as it has no spell check, ouch. I need one. But I will not get over worked about correct spelling. I'd rather create. I made a tag for my socks, I realized it has some spelling errors I will need to fix. I am contemplating making a post card on line to get the word out about my new endeavors. It won't be a wonderful as Ruth's professional work but ... nighty night |
